ole error

i have changed from microsoft to open office 2.0. i have a doc in whitch i have jpeg pic attached to ,i can open it in microsoft word , but if i open the same doc in open office and whant to open the jpegpic attachments, it give a error "error activating object: general ole error". how cant i fix this in order to view the full folder.

Hi z23a,

this is the Staroffice forum , not the OpenOffice forum, so you should request your answer on the openoffice forum.

Anyway, think this is a problemwith the graphics and the imprtfilter of starOffice or OpenOffice.

Think you need to insert manually the graphics in StarOffice or OpenOffice.

Maybe an example file could help.
