SunOS 4.1.4

Dear forum,

I wonder if any one can help me out ?

I'm from the University of Kent and we have an old Sparc-Ultra which runs our Scanning Electron Microscope. Unfortunately i've just had to rebuild the machine and the only Operating System the microscope software runs under is SunOS 4.1.4.

Of course, everyone here threw away their SunOS4 media years ago!

Does anyone have a CD/tape image, or know an e-mail address of somebody at Sun who may be able to help ?
