Configure VMware screen resolution

Hi forum,

I am a 1st time Solaris user from the Linux land & SGI Irix land.

My Solaris 10 is installed from ISO image within a VMware vitural PC. Realized that Solaris is a bit different from Linux and seems to be more spcific and flexible. I am just figuring out my initial installation.

* <b>GUI came out but in only 640x480 resolution</b>. I tried applying my Linux experience in configurating it. If don't seems to have the same conf file in /etc/X11 folder. I am lost!

My VMware version is 4.5

I wonder how to configure the monitor and display card for the X. Hope to get some tips from experience users here.
