I have downloaded and installed solaris 10 but although the install all appeared to go well i am unable to get started.
As the pc boots up i am asked for a login and password--I was not asked to set a login and when asked to set a password i chose the option to leave this blank.
Any ideas?

My link is to a posting that was asking the exact same question.
That linked thread has the answer.
The posting was so recent that it could have been found by quickly skimming these five forums, else by using the search function of the forum.That's how I found it.
