Ultra10 doesnt start up

Hi there,

I have a problem with a Ultra10. Just appears a black screen. I have 2 monitors connected to Ultra10. I am using a DOME video card.

The Ultra 10 has 2 hard disks, one of this its bad, and was replaced for other one.

How can Reinstall the OS on this machine?

I have the video card controllers but this manual doesnt include nothing about the OS installation .

some ideas ?
