We are running the 5.6 SUN OS
E 450 Hardware and
Oracle 815
I need to apply the patch 105181-15
to 5.6 SUN OS.
I did not see any conflict with other patch
in patch description at sunsolve site.
However, this is OBSOLETE patch.
Anything I have to watch out ...since
this patch updates /kernel dir and
/kernel genunix dir.
How would I know which patch obsoletes 105181-15 ?

Just enter the patch number <b>without</b> the revision in the patchfinder. 105181-<b>39</b> is the current/latest revision.

... and so on, and so on, and so on.
Your 105181-15 is so gosh-darned old that even the list in the current 105181-39 version of the patch cannot be bothered to mention it.The moment a newer revision number patch is published, the earlier one is obsolete.
