Extraction complete but the next step fails

The image was taken from a live system with NIS configured and now we are reloading it onto a new hardware. Any Ideas why the flash reloading or jumpstart process is failing?

I'm getting these messages for the same flash image file.

What level is Solaris and how big is your root directory? This looks like a bug that I ran into in Solaris 8 when the root filesystem is big.You can get around it by adding the patch to your boot file or boot from Solaris 9 instead. Sorry but I can't remember the bugid.
