V240 Locked Out

I am working with a V240 spare server that hasn't been used in a while. I have connected to it via the serial management port and can watch the server boot up but when it gets to the "console login" prompt i don't have any clue as to the login information. Can someone please tell me the default login information in hopes that it hasn't ever been changed? If the default login doesn't work then is there any other way to reset this password?
