A first look guess would be CPU or memory. Either way you will probably have to open a Sun SUpport Call.

With only five lines of available output, it appears that your cpu is failing.

For most of the small Netra T1 models ...

T1-100, T1-105, X1, V100, V120, AC200, DC200

... you will need a service contract to get it repaired.

To generalize:

That cpu is part of the systemboard, not a removable piece.

The systemboard and/or even the entire system gets swapped out, and you migrate your RAM and disks to the new chassis.

If no service contract, it's much too expensive to repair.

It will cost less to throw the computer away and buy a new one.

For a definite analysis, you could contact Sun and open a service case.

If you have any spare Netra memory around it is fairly easy to swap, just make sure that you use ESD protection. And as myself and rukat said, you need to raise a call with Sun.
