Sound card for E250

Hello allDoes any one know off a sound card that is supported by Solaris on a E250. Or any way of getting sound off the E250?Thanks

there was a Creative card that was reported to work... and an Antares... neither were very good...

I guess it depends on what you want... and which operating system...

the E250 is a noisy beast... as you may well know...

as for the cards, they would be difficult to find... I bought one of the Antares cards off EBay less than a year ago... but never tried it...

looks like Antares dropped support for the sound card... but, you might still be able to find it somewhere... here is the pdf...

you will just have to google the Creative card yourself... isn't that what it is for?

which operating system are you going to use? looks like the Antares card worked with Solaris 8... so, maybe Aurora or one of the *BSDs for you?
