SunFire V250 and PS2 conntectors

I have a sunfire v250 running solaris/linux and a type6 keyboard. I need to share a mouse+keyboard+monitor with a Dell PC and switch between applications. I'm currently using a "Raritan Switchman USB" but every time I need to reboot I have to unplug/replug my USB mouse on the back of the sunfire to make it work.

Is there a better solution?...better switch?...a SunFire keyboard+mouse that is PS2?
