Connecting RSM 214 to Sun E4500 Via SCSI Interface

I installed X1065A on my Sun E4500 server, which support HVD SCSI and connect RSM 219 to it. However, the server can not find any disk. Probe-scsi only show CD-Rom. Fowlling document of RSM219, it need HVD SCSI Adapter. Any suggestion for that? Thanks.

I have always used probe-scsi-all.... I'll try just probe-scsi and see what is does for myself... Bill, the "all" probes externally attached devices? where just probe-scsi checks "on-board" devices?interesting!haroldkarl

And Alex stated he only saw the CDROM, so that's why I wanted him to think a bit more.Just as you, I always use the -all version of the OBP command, unless it's a system with tons of external storage.

Thanks for everyone. I tried probe-scsi-all and it shows all the hard drive and CD-ROM. It looks like probe-scsi only search internal SCSI devices and probe-scsi-all search all of them.
