df: cannot statvfs I/O error

Hi,

On giving the command df -k, I am getting the following error:

df: cannot statvfs /stage: I/O error

Here "stage" is a file system that is mounted in c0t5d0.

This particular hard disk is detected and seen using the "#format" command. I am not able to mount the file system /stage and I am also unable to create a new directory /stage.

The entry for c0t5d0 /stage is available in mnttab and vfstab.

This happened after a reboot of the server. Can anyone tell me what could cause this. Is there a hardware fault?
