License - evaluation period expired
I installed the Linux RPM of SGD:
tta-4.20-909.i386.rpm
on Dec/2005
Now the 30 day evaluation period is expired and
access to SGD is denied.
What to do?
Should I reinstall the RPM?
But the current available rpm is same (same content
and length, checked with diff)

I just noticed that SGD is no longer available on the Get Solaris download page, and no more notice of the free licenses via email request. I also see that Sun has a new SGD promotion:
http://www.sun.com/promotions/campaigns/index.jsp?pid=globaldesktop&tab=2
Sure is looking like the end of free (non-supported) SGD. Anyone have more info?
thanks,

max1234:
Buy licences since your trial period is over.
When you have new license keys just add them to the SGD installation:
/opt/tarantella/bin/tarantella license add <License-key>
thomasbaca:
SGD 4.2 is still free to download, see: http://www.sun.com/download/products.xml?id=43321db9

Evaluation
Sun Secure Global Desktop Software is available as a free download with a 30 day trial period. During the trial period all features of the software are enabled for a maximum of 5 concurrent users. To continue using the product after the trial period expires, a product license must be purchased.

The fully functional trial licence is included in the SGD installation. There is no need to request them via email anymore.
