Display going off on linux terminals and session ends when kept ideal

Hi,

When I have logged onto linux server using tarantella.If the terminal is inactive for some time it is terminating my session automatically and i have all of my terminals as blank. I do not get any display in terminals opened. Could you please help me with this.

The following error message i am getting:

"Connection to Secure Global Desktop server has been terminated"

What I found out is, when a proxy Service is between client and SGD I had to reduce the keep alives to 30s.

tarantella config edit --sessions-aipkeepalive 30

/opt/tarantella/var/docroot/resources/login/sco/tta/boot # grep AsadKeepAlive *

autostrap.html:<param name=\"AsadKeepAlive\" value=\"30\">

strap.html: <param name=\"AsadKeepAlive\" value=\"30\">
