Net Connect Software Status Red

Hi,

In netconnect my server in column Net Connect Software status was Red, in the zoom two lines description Critical and Normal :

1. Critical - alarms- Fri Mar 25 2005 14:44:43 WIT

2. Normal - updates - Thu Apr 21 2005 11:48:53 WIT

Could we delete the line one ?.

We was tried to delete in System maintenance, and saw againt with status red.

There was a bug with the portal some time ago which caused Red alarm status for the NC software. This is fixed now.

NOT yet !I have the same problem this day 17/01/2007: can't reset SRS alarm in stead of the SRS alarm's detail indicates that all is OK (green light).
