Patch reporting

Is there a way I can use SRS NetConnect to generate a report on which patches are missing for an entire group of systems? Thanks, Tony

Have you tried Sun Update Connection for Solaris 10?

Our Services Account Manager runs something called "Customer Report Cards" that show each system I have in Netconnect (gets the data from Explorers that have been uploaded). This compares our systems against patches, firmware, cases opened against each machine, etc. Very nice. Ask your Sun Account Manager if they can do the same for you.

Important you run /opt/SUNWexplo/bin/explorer -g and enter the information. At least the S/N and some sort of unique Company Name in order for them to find your systems.
