How to customize amconsole?

Hi,I need to view and edit some additional org. attribute in admin console (except Domain Name, Organization Status etc). I change xml<Identity root>/config/xml/amEntrySpecific.xmlBut there is no changes on console. How I can do it? Thank you for any idea.

Changing the xml alone wont help.These templates are used at installation time to be imported in the Directory Server used by Access Manager.See Access manager admin-guide.-Bernhard Thalmayr at 2007-7-5 2:16:11 >
