I installed solaris 9 on my desktop for which the NIC is not installed yet.
I m still not able to download NIC driver
Intel(R) PRO/100 VE
can any tell me where should i get it from.

You <i>are</i> working with a x86 system, I hope -- not a SPARC-based Sun system?
If that is the case, then have you attempted to search through the Hardware Compatibility List (HCL)?

Select the "View Parent Detail" link.
You can cat your <u>/etc/release</u> file to determine which Solaris distro is installed.
