As you noticed, the Alert only discusses Solaris 8, 9, and 10.
Perhaps that is because Solaris 7 is End-Of-Life, and proceeding toward End-of-Service-Life..

Two possibilities come to mind ...
1) Solaris 7 is not effected or, more probably ...
2) There are no plans to patch an EOL product for this particular issue.
#2 is the most likely possibility, since Sol7 is already in phase-2 of the EOL process (refer to those links I mentioned), which means no new patching.
