Jrew.exe error message

Can someone please help me with an error message I am receiving.

I have a CD-ROM which I used on my old computer OP Sys Windows ME now that I have a new OP Sys Windows XP I cannot use the CD ROM. Someone told me it was a problem with a Java Executable.

The error message is

"Jrew.exe encountered a problem and will have to close." Your help will be appreciated. my e-mail is 91084@msn.com

jrew.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

I get this error message after clean installation of my CD but it didnot work inspite working well with others

Pls. tell me how to solve this error.

i was trying to export jinitiator from oracle server but i kept getting jrew.exe has encountered an error and have to shut down
