how to run a java batch file as a windows service

i dont know how to run a java batch file as a windows service...

we want to run one java batch file on someother system where we dont hav full access rights. we connect to the system and run the tool manually..

when connection gets expired tool is getting stoped..

so we want to make it a windows service which will run all the time.
