communication express problem

hi;

i can login acess server from internet explorer and netscape all version, but who can not login communication express all browser version.when i login communication express i saw this error message on browser "an internel authentication error has occured. contact your system administrator." How could i solve this error?

Hi,

Login as admin to Access Manager there are certain settings in the Services Tab of the Access Manager for Communication Express.After Configuring those setting in Access Manager i hope u will be able to login to COmms Express and there will be no Internal Error.

To know how to configure Access Manager for Comms Express..refer the admin guide of Comms Express on http://docs.sun.com
