incorrect window view in tarantella 4.1 and Windows 2003 TS
Hi everybody,
we have the following environment:
Tarantella 4.1 on Suse Linux Enterprise 8
Windows 2003 Terminal Services
Win 2000/XP Clients with IE 6.0.2900/2800, Sun JVM 1.5.x
The Users work with Windows 2003 TS, full Desktop in "Independent Window"
view!
Now, since updating from TTA 3.4 to 4.1, sometimes the Desktop Application
does not start
in full "independent window" view. In this case we get a cutout of the
windows desktop in
a small window in the left corner above. For example the taskbar is
missing and its not possible
to resize the window, so the users are not able to close the window
correctly (startlog off...)
The next time the user starts the session everything works fine. Its
absolute arbitrary....
This problem occurs only when using the IE, using the native client
everything works fine.
Does anybody made simular experience or knows where the problem is?
Thanks in advance
Martin

A similar problem was noticed by a customer of ours and was related to
the fact that a given session was started on a client with a given
display and was then resumed on another with different size, thus giving
this strange behaviour.
What are the settings for this application ?

Hi Roberto
I have the same problem with Windows 2003 WTS and Windows 2000 TWS with IE
6.01 and Windows XP/2000. The Windows Application is in kiosk mode. I note
that this situation is aleatory. In some case I click in the Windows App
end works fine, then press ATL+TAB and click in the application again. In
the second launch Windows App have the resize problem.
Tarantella Server (Red Hat 4.0) and TTA 4.1903 webtop sgd and webtop
classic
Have any fix to this problem.
