what type of printing are you using? Is it Windows or UNIX, printing
via native method or RDP? If you are not using RDP, give that a go.
This is real good.... no information on what you tried.... no error
messages.... no configuration info...

Hi Fernando
Whether a printer is USB, Parallel or Network isn't relevant at all. The
tarantella client makes whatever printer is available on the system visible
to the application, receives the print job itself and then uses system calls of
the client operating system to send the print job to the printer. The
client needs no knowledge of what type of device the printer receives
information from.
If the printer is visible but not working it suggests a problem with the
print queue. If the printer isn't visible it probably isn't available
for some reason.
