what type of printing are you using? Is it Windows or UNIX, printing

via native method or RDP? If you are not using RDP, give that a go.

This is real good.... no information on what you tried.... no error

messages.... no configuration info...

How do you expect people to help you then?

Hi Fernando

Whether a printer is USB, Parallel or Network isn't relevant at all. The

tarantella client makes whatever printer is available on the system visible

to the application, receives the print job itself and then uses system calls of

the client operating system to send the print job to the printer. The

client needs no knowledge of what type of device the printer receives

information from.

If the printer is visible but not working it suggests a problem with the

print queue. If the printer isn't visible it probably isn't available

for some reason.

The following may help troubleshoot the problem:

Regards

Barrie
