"File Missing" Error

After installing Tarantella SGD 3.44.947 on

Solaris and going to

http://localhost/tarantella

I get:

"File Missing:

A file could not be found. Please contact a

Secure Global Desktop Administrator."

Thank you for your help.

Shinobu-san,

Try

http://servername/tarantella/

where servername is the IP or fqdn of the server. NOTE the trailing slash.

if you are on the server itself, then you can try

http://localhost/tarantella/

regards,

Yamaguchi san

After installing SGD can you let me know the value of

"tarantella.config.array.supportedlocales"

in the file var/serverconfig/array.properties?

After installation this value should be 'en-us,ja-jp'

If it is set correctly this may indicate that the installation for

one of the locales i.e. en-us or ja-jp was not succesful.

Under the directory var/docroot/resources/login/sco/tta/standard

there should be directories that match the locales in the

supportedlocales property. i.e. locale=en-us/ locale=ja-jp/

Do these directories exist?

What is the locale of the client system you are logging on to SGD with?

Regards

Barrie
