Tarantela is unable to install components needed
We are using Tarantella Secure Global Desktop Enterprise Edition (3.4.2).
When I use IE browser
to access login window, I get "Tarantella is unable to install the
components needed. Please contact an Administrator" error message.
OS: NT version 4.00.1381
IE: 5.5
Any idea?

That message usually indicates that either Java is not installed or
enabled or that your PC user does not have install rights to download
and install the archive.
So with IE 5.5. you should have the ability to use either the MS or Sun
Java plugin. Just make sure that your PC user has install or admin
rights when connecting the first time to the Tarantella server.
Can they try using the Windows Native Client on this PC to rule out any
Java issues?
