Upgrade from 3.14 to 3.42

We never released a v3.14 publicly, regardless to upgrade to 3.42, you

must go through 3.30. So you would need to upgrade the version that you

have to 3.30 first.

Where to find more technical info about migration/upgrade? (From licensing

and technical point of view)

Can You suggest correct approach to make that upgrade (a or b)?

1. Licensing

a. buy v3.30 license -> buy v3.42 license

b. buy only 3.42 license

2. Technical

a. upgrade to v3.30 -> upgrade to v3.42

b. reinstal environment to v3.42.
