Printing problems using enterprise 3

I am using the Tarantella enterprise 3, version 3.20.907, browser to

monitor the main Security computer from my office located within the same

building. From my office I can access the picture perfect 1.7 system and

make changes, run reports etc.Until about a month ago I could print

reports in my office using the "Browser Printer" option. This is when my

OS was Windows 2000 professional. A month ago the IT dept. changed my OS

to Windows XP and I haven't been able to print any reports since then. Is

there something that has to be changed in the properties to allow me to

print using the browser?

This sounds like a Interlogix (Casi-Rusco) app, is it? If so ideally

you want to go through them to upgrade.

Otherwise, you should have at least this patch installed

http://www.tarantella.com/support/updates/e3/p.basetsp.3.20.931/

Then see

http://www.tarantella.com/documentation/enterprise/e3.2/help/en-us/base/standar d/printing_problems.html

Have you tried to connect & print via the Native Client? You can

download a 3.20 version from your server

http://server/tarantella/cgi-bin/install.cgi

http://www.tarantella.com/documentation/enterprise/e3.2/help/en-us/base/indepth /native_clients_adding.html

If the NC works, then you may want to see if you have Java archive

problem. What JVM are you using with IE on XP? 3.20 did not support

the latest versions of Sun JVM plugin. The last version tested with

3.20 was Sun JRE v1.3.1
