Printing problems using enterprise 3

This sounds like a Interlogix (Casi-Rusco) app, is it? If so ideally

you want to go through them to upgrade.

Otherwise, you should have at least this patch installed

Have you tried to connect & print via the Native Client? You can

download a 3.20 version from your server

If the NC works, then you may want to see if you have Java archive

problem. What JVM are you using with IE on XP? 3.20 did not support

the latest versions of Sun JVM plugin. The last version tested with

3.20 was Sun JRE v1.3.1
