Authetication Failed

Hi,

I've newly installed dir , msg , cal ,access manager n portal 2005Q1. I have a porblem login from portal login page, where i try to login with user id, it shows me Authetication Failed, and i follow Return To Login Page where is http://<>/amserver/UI/Login?gx_charset=UTF-8 and i try again it can login to portal.

Wonder why this happen that i couldn't direct login from portal page ? Am i missing out some configuration there ?
