Portal and Windows apps to integrate with NTLM auth

We have here a JES-2005q1 Portal Server and Gateway installed on Linux RedHat 3.0update4.

We have some Intranet applications to integrate into this portal, but these applications use Windows NTLM authentification mecanism.

Has anyone here already tried to implement something to interface the Portal with NTLM ?

Any ideas ?

Hello,

do you use the Gateway?

It is not possible to access Web Resources protected with NTLM.

Whenever we had to integrate such content, we asked the

webserver administrators to change the authentication method to

basic.

If there is a requirement to keep "Integrated windows authentication"

enabled, then the administrator should configure a new virtual

webserver instance, which serve the same content, and configure

this instance for basic authentication.
