Portal server expired

My company iPanet portal server cant start up port 443 after 28/7/2005, but after i set the system before 28/7/2005, it works normally, is it portal server has bug that cant pass 28/7/2005

Our portal platform (iPS 3.0SP5) has done exactly the same thing. Changing the date of the Portal Server box to some date before July'05 seems to make it magically work again. Not amused to say the least....Can anyone shed any light on this?

I am already solve my problem, the problem is relate to java 1.2, the JCE 1.2.1 was expired at 27/7/2005, so you can try to update the JCE 1.2.1 to 1.2.2. Here is the link

HiI have the same problem with our portal. I downloaded the JCE 1.2.2 jar file and updated:/opt/SUNWips/lib/jce1_2_1.jar file Has anyone fixed the portal instead of changingthe system date?TIA,craigcraig@isi.edu
