Server not starting

Hi everybody,

I have installed Instant Messaging 6.1 along with other JES components. The problem is, the admin server of instant messaging is not starting. I am able to start the Multiplexor but not the admin server. The installation went on smooth. Can someone suggest what could be the problem .

Please provide more information. The server logs woudl help for starters.
