Struts Framework - Null Pointer Exception- Weblogic6.1

In Production environment

, while posting or saving the dynaform data, dynaform becomes null or reinitialized to null and there by throwing Null Pointer Exception.

This error , we are not able to stimulate in Development Environment .

Is there any bug in Struts Framework while number of users are increased .pls reply urgent ,
