Tools->Options->IDE config->System->Filesystem Options->Default
Filesystem
Change option Hidden to false, and under explorer you will see the
Deafult Filesystem,
there's a folder Templates, where all the templated are situated.
To edit any of the templates, select it, and in the contents menu
(right mouse click), select Open.
Dobleclick should also work, but it doesn't.

This is unnecessary. There is also
Tools -> Options -> Source Creation and Management -> Templates.
Going there through default filesystem just more clicks and more hacky :-)

Well, I did it once and have the Default FS always mounted, so for me
it's less clicks ;)
