Calendar Express Localization

Has anybody tried localizing the English version of Calendar Server (Calendar Express, to be precise) to some other language? This is my problem - I have been asked to figure out how to go about localizing the Calendar server 5.1.1 interface to any language with Non-Roman character set (no french or german... prbbly Chinese, Japanese or Hindi !!) Pointers to referance on the web, tips, anything and everything is welcome.

Will Russian do? Pretty non-roman, isn't it?I have done this work and I can send you the localized files (I believe you would only need their names, russian content is of no use to you) and a readme file which explains briefly how it is done.
