Obtain Sun ONE Studio 4 IDE plugin w/o internet access; Proxy issue

I can't find out how to obtain the Sun ONE Studio 4 IDE plugin that's necessary to register my Sun ONE App server 7 (installed on Solaris) with my Studio 4 (installed on Linux). I don't currently have internet access from the IDE due to a proxy issue, so the IDE Update Center can't help. That's the 2nd issue: how do I input a proxy script in place of a manual proxy and port #? Entering the script for "Automatic Proxy" address doesn't work like it does in Netscape and IE. I can't install Sun ONE App Server 7 on my Linux box, so that method is out and I can't use the install media to simply extract the plugin and Admin. Client Support. The 3rd method is to "download the plugin" and Admin. Client Support, but I can't find it anywhere.

Hi,

one things at a time..

There is no support for proxy scripts that I know of, so you are out of luck there.

As far as the plugin goes, you must have the Enterprise version of the Studio and then it should be included with it. The best way to go though is to download Studio 5 with the latest appserver, they really work much better together than Appserver7 and Studio 4. Not to mention other improvements.
