Installation Fails on a PVI-HT with ICH5 chipset

Everything goes very well, but when appears a message of SuSe Linux Installation Programm, between this characters "<< >>", the installation freezes up, this configuration includes a SATA HDD, I've read that I need to change my BIOS configuration to Legacy mode, and this is what I get, any ideas on how could I solve this problem?, Or maybe if there is a chance to get a version with an updated 2.6.3 kernel version?, will the future JDS2 include the 2.6 kernel?
