iWS 6.0 SP2 - SP3 problem

I've a very serious problem. I have many servlets which are working properly on iWS 4.1, but on iWS 6.0 they hang after a few minutes.

In the perf dump I saw that, all the threads from the servlet thread pool were busy.

In the log I found only this:

failure (23854): Error accepting connection -5928, oserr=130 (Connect aborted)

Please help me!
