iPlanet Customization

I'm running iPlanet Calendar Express version 5.1, and I want to customize the views so that nothing is shown except the monthview when I view my calendar. How do I go about doing this?

I also want to be able to customize the view so that it is specific to each user the way he or she wants it. How do I do that?
