mailto: notifications are send with UTC time

in iCS 5.1 (and also ics 5.1.1), when you invite or notify someone by using his email (mailto: method), the notification mail has a date in the GMT timezone (+0000)

As most mail clients use this date to sort the email, this means the mail can be overlooked as it isn't somewhere on top of the newmails list, but can be interleaved somewhere between the already read mail

the Unix server has the correct timezone, and the calendar used is also in the correct tz.

Bug ? or some mis-configuration ?

Have not been able to find how to make sure they get sent into local time.Todd
