Is JATO free ?If not what are the conditions ?

Didn't you get a response to this? Craig seemed to mention you hadn't.

Anyway, YES, JATO is free, and is available under the Sun Community

Source License (SCSL). This means you can freely use it to build

applications and source code is included. IANAL, but as I understand

it, the only thing you cannot do with JATO is us it build a derivative,

competing product (another Web application framework).

So, feel free to go forth and code away with JATO.
