IMS 5.2 SP1.09 POP service Hangs

Hello,

Looks like the pop service hangs on windows 2000 new IMS 5.1sp1.09, just let the server run for a day. The service is still up but will not respond to connections. Telnet to the pop port and it connects but no header comes back. tons of CLOSE_WAIT in the netstat going to port 110.

Anyone else come across this issue?
