Mail Sending Restrictions in IMS5.2

Hi,

I want to make a sending/receiving restriction to some users(about 150) of a mailserver running IMS5.2. What i want is:

- Anuser1@mydomain.com only can send/receive mail to/from users ofmydomain.com.

Does anyone know if IMS5.2 allow this situation? if yes, how can i do it?
