Sharing folders

Is there a limit to the number of users who can share a single folder within the messaging system? I do know that for the users to share folders they need to be on the same message store - is there a way around thisThanksrichard

Hi, I don't have the answer to your question, but I have a similar problem.I am not able to subscribe nor view the shared folders on the messaging server via Outlook and Ooutlook Express.Any suggestions ?Danny.

There is a way to do this with Outlook or Outlook Express and iPlanet. I am not sure if you can do this with iPlanet's Web Client.

You need to create an account on the Mail Server first.

Then create an extra mailbox in each user's Outlook that accesses the account.
