How do I get fallbackhosts to work?

The NMS 4.15 tuning guide says that service.smtp.smtp-router.fallbackhosts became available in Patch1, but when I set the variable and restart SMTP, I can't get it to work. Has any worked with this before?

Please set the configutil parameter as ./configutil -o service.smtp.smtp-deliver.fallbackhosts -v <IP ADDRESS OF FALLBACK HOST> OR<HOSTNAME>I hope this works out for you.
