Brian -- care to tell us what version you are using? Hard to answer your question without more information. Have you checked the logs on the SMTP server? :-)-Chad-

hi... i have the same problem. i configured the smtp authentication in messaging 5.1 but when i'm trying to send a message using webmail i got an error: "SMTP ERROR".
