how can i forward or redirect mails from one mailbox to another in messaging server

Hi, I have configured the messaging server with a fax server, the fax server requires me to create a faxserver user on my messaging server, now to send a mail and fax to a user, the user1 has to send it to user2 , also 'cc' that mail to faxserver user and write the fax number in the subject field. I dont want to cc the mail to fax server user or write the fax number in the subject field and instead i want to autoforward / redirect the mail to fax server user by using rewrite rules/channels with the fax number mentioned in the rules, can it be done by rewrite rules and if so then how? please suggest any other method if any..

I think you're forgetting something. If userA wants to send a fax to userB-by-fax what address do you want them to put in the To: field?

Let's just deal with the case of a user using email to send a fax to someone. They've got to put something in the to field, what do you want them to put in there?

As for the subject not containing the phone number. Why is that a problem?Unless you can change the fax server configuration, you'll have to use the conversion channel and write your own script|program to extract the phone number from where ever it is you tell your users to put the number.
