What does identity Server provide for me and what would be the scenarios of its usage ..
Identity Server is an enterprise infrastructure solution allowing you to setup business relationships, services, data, and who has access to what. It enables to move your infrastructure to one online directory. It also provides a means for establishing policies and permissions regarding who has access to which information in your enterprise.
It also provides delegated administration at org and role level.
