why?

when i deploy a .war and run it in ias+iws, it tell me that can not find those jars in the folder of lib in .war? why ?should i run kregedit and register those jars ?
I don't know whether you can register normal jar ( api classes) check the driectory structure. For example:...WEB-INF-classes-lib-ldap.jar- classes12.zip
